Review by hotel critic
Salut Maroc exceeded all expectations during my stay. From the warm welcome with flowers for my birthday to the sea view room upgrade, the staff's hospitality shone through. The fusion of beach tones in the private hammam provided a serene escape from the bustling city. The Terrace Restaurant offered a culinary journey of locally caught fish and Moroccan specialties that delighted my senses. With live music and colorful details at every corner, this flamboyant hotel in Essaouira truly captures the vibrant spirit of Morocco. My companions and I were treated to an upgraded suite that featured a cozy living room with a log fireplace, perfect for bonding over stories during stormy evenings. The attention to detail, from painted wooden doors to vintage textiles upholstering chairs, showcased the traditional artisanal skills of Moroccan craftsmen. The delicious Moroccan breakfast served on the terrace was a highlight, with freshly made pastries and omelets adding a taste of local flavors to each morning.Salut Maroc's prime location within the Medina provided stunning views of the ocean, with the sound of crashing waves creating a soothing soundtrack to our stay. The attentive staff, who catered to our every need and even recommended local dining spots, made us feel like treasured guests. The vibrant colors and child-friendly atmosphere added an extra layer of warmth to our experience, making it a perfect choice for families as well.Salut Maroc offers a magical blend of luxury and authenticity, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking an immersive Moroccan experience. Whether traveling solo like me or with loved ones, this boutique hotel sets the stage for unforgettable memories in the most colorful city in the country. I left Salut Maroc with a heart full of gratitude and a desire to return soon.
